The Washington Congregation convened in the presbyterian church The meeting organized

on Motion James McCreary see The Minutes of the last meeting being Read Mr Withrow called for a Report from the board of Deacons

By Mr McCurdy moved that the report of Deacons be laid on the table Carried.
Mr Witherrow called for a report from the Delegate from the Senecaville church Mr Bruner Stated that they had their congregational Meeting and all they could raise for one fourth of Mr Alexanders time was Eighty Three dollars –
Mr Witherrow moved to lay the elery on the pews by repraisement
Divisson was called for and the votes Stood 17-15 Carried

The committee Chosin Mr Thomas P Cockran Mr Iseck McCollums D A Patterson Mr Wm Robinson sr Mr John McCurdy By resolution Carried
Mr Withrrow moved that the Senecaville church shall have the one fourth of Mr Alexanders time for the sum of Eighty Three dollars lost
Mr T W Laughlin moved that the Committee on pew appraisement take as their starter five hundred dollars lost Mr Moses Frame moved that their starter be four hundred and fifty Dollars Carried
Said committee reported that they have assessed upon the pews the sum of Four hundred and Seventy two Dollars Mr Witherrow moved that any one person wishing to occupy a whole

Pew and paying the whole amount seat thereon shall have the preference over two also two over three Lost Mr McCurdy Moved that we proceed immediately to the selection of pews giving the preference to the person occupying the pew Carried
Mr James Sawhill moved that when this meeting ajourn We ajourn to meet on tomorrow two weeks at 10 c in this house which will be the 19 of Jan 1847 Carried
Mr Wm Robinson Jun moved that the Committee on pew appraisement be required to make out a plot of all the pews in this church with the rates affixed thereunto and present the same at our next congregational meeting Carried On Motion Mr James Sawhill was appointed a Committee to visit

Mr Wm Robinson Jun Called for a report from the committee on pew appraisement Mr. McCurdy presented a plot of all the Pews in the church and followed by the report of said Committee Which was excepted Mr Wm Morrow Called for a report from the Senecaville Congregation Mr Alexander Laughlin Stated that he was authorised by the congregation

of Senecaville to State to this meeting that they were Anxious to obtain the Labours of Mr Alexander the one fourth of his time. And for the same will pay the sum of one hundred dollars. Mr McCurdy Moved That we give the Congregation at Senecaville the one fourth of Mr Alexanders time for the sum of one hundred dollars Carried Mr Thomas Laughlin moved to proceed immediately to the selection of pews Carried
Mr McCurdy moved that the committee on Pew appraisement be required to No the pews with the Rates affixed thereunto for the convenience of those who may wish to take the sitting at the present time Carried Those Resolutions being complyed with this ordeur arose stated to the meeting the Amount of money

Raised by pew rent, to be $204 dollars Mr Thomas W Laughlin Moved that the Members present be invited to come forward and subscribe in order to make up the deficiency which the Deacons supposed to be sixty one dollars Carried
Mr Witherrow that the Deacons of this Church be appointed a committee to visit these are absent at this Meeting in order to meet the deficiency above mentioned Lost
Mr Witherrow moved that a committee be appointed to visit Mr Alexander and ask him to take the sum of $ 350 dollars with instruction that we are to poor to raise the amount we have promised lost
Mr Thomas Laughlin moved that the Deacons be instructed to visit all the absent members of this Church for the purpose of raising

the above mentioned deficiency of subscriptions for church stippends lost
Mr Wm Morrow Moved for a committee of three persons to visit on Mr Alexander And ask him to take the sum of the hundred and thirty nine dollars and fifty cents being all as Mr Morrow supposed we can raise lost
Mr Thomas W Laughlin Moved for a comittee of five persons to visit the congregation for the purpose of raising the ballance of subscriptions to meet the celery promised Mr Alexander Carried the Choir appointed the following persons
Mr Iseck McCollums Mr J McCurdy Mr James Laughlin Mr Thomas W Laughlin Mr. Alex Sproat

Dr. Patterson in the chair Meeting called to order. A report was caled for from the Senecaville Church and Mr. Alexander Laughlin reported as follows, that the Senecaville Church could pay one hundred dollars for the coming year. It was moved that the report be excepted. Caried.
It was moved that the same arrangement be continued with Senecaville as heretofore lost
A reconsideration was moved.
Mr Wm. Robinson moved that the motion to reconsider be laid upon the table. A report from the Deacons of the Washington Church was caled for and they reported as follows
