Meeting Called to order, by Calling, Doctor A Patterson to the Chair

The minutes of the Last meeting being read.

The Report of the Senecaville Deacons being called for was given by Mr Bruner who Stated that they could give, to the support of Mr Alexander for one forth of his time, Ninty five dollars for the coming year.

The deacons of this church being called upon for their Report, Reported the condition of The financal condition of the Church as follows

Moved that one eight be added to the seeting to defray contingent expenses of this church

On Motion A subscription was taken up to raise thirty dollars for the Senecaville Church

All raise before adjourning but five dollars

Andrew Patterson in the chair, Meeting called to order opened with prayer by Mr Alexander T

The minutes of the last meeting being read. Mr Cochran being called upon for a report. Stated that he had Collected twenty five cents on the subscription on his hands during the year.

when on motion it was moved that Mr Cochran be continued a committee to collect the subscription in his hand and go forward and make of collection.

The report of the board of deacons being called for was given by Wm Robinson. The treasurer of the board of deacons

The board feel bound after consultation and conference with our pastor to state to the congregation that  their must be some permanent arrangment made in refferance to meeting the salary in time to come. also more punctuality in payments, or the connection now existing between us and our Pastor altho unpleasant as it may be will have to be desolved.

it is feared by our Pastor that for things to remain as by now are, as it respects arrears accruing each year on our Salery. that it will lead to difficulties. Which will prevent his usefulness in our rmidst, we are als aware, (that our neglect of paying punctually, according to our agreement in give Mr Alexander call to preach to us) that it places him frequently in

a difficult and an embaresing situation, we submit these facts to you hoping that the members of the Church now presant, may be directed to such measures as will remove all these difficulties, and that we may not be called upon or have cause to make a similar report in time to come

The Delegates from the Senecaville Church being Called upon for a report of their proceedings and what arrangement they had made for the coming year. Mr Bruner stated that the congregation at Senecaville could pay one hundred dollars for the forth of Mr Alexander time which was accepted and agreed to

Then on motion it was moved that a subscription now be taken up to cover the amount lacking (40 $) on seating for the years Ending Jany 22d 1845 & 46 which was subscribed

Voted that the deacons be a committee to take up the subscription which they did and got subscriptions amonting to $ 40.55

Wm Robe moved that each member pay according to his ability to the support of the Pastor of this church. which after Passing & a reconsideration, it was laid upon the table. The Deacons being called upon to state the amount that would be required to meet the deficencies the coming year. who stated that it would require about 85$ to meet the twenty five dollars for the said Senecaville Church and the bal sixty dollars in this congregations. The meeting after several efforts to raise the amount agreed to adjorn to Monday (Jany 12th) next at 10 oclk
