1842 June 30th The meeting called to order by appointing Mr Hugh Brown Chairman
Resolved That Mr Samuel Hair be permitted to take his Dismission from this Church as Pastor (Carried)
Moved That Thoes Preasant express their willingness to pay the several some anexed to their names up to the end of the year in order to meet the arranged due Mr Haire.
Resolved That a committee of six be Appointed to make arrangements to meet the deficiency of Mr Hairs salary and that Wm Robinson Jnr, James McCrerie, Wm Morrow, Moses Frame, Isaac McCollums and Rober Leeper Sen be said committee

1842 Oct 31st Meeting Called to order by appointing Robert Leeper Sen to the Chair
1st moved that their bee a collection taken up by subscription to meet the demand for money to pay the Supplyes of Preeching
Resolved That Samuel Craig be Treasurer for one year
Moved that This Church shall call a minister and give one forth of his time to Labour in the Senecaville Church and for which the Senecaville Church is to give Bonds for one forth of his Sallery
Moved That a committee of Three (Two from this Church and one from Senecaville) be appointed to wait upon Mr Alexander – get his mind upon the Subject of his Labouring in this Church and the Senacaville church Mr Wm Robinson Sen, John Laughlin sen & A Dilley appointed said committee

Mr Williams asked Leave to make a Report of moneys Received and disbursed for varius Benevolent Purposes. Report accepted
Moved all preasant agree to take their former seeting at a Reduction of one Sixth of the former price carried unanimous
Moved that a committee of Two be appointed to draw a new plot and Regulate the the seeting by Reducing the old seeting one sixth J K Caldwell & S. Craig be that committee
Moved that the deacons be a committee to visite the members of the Congregation and get them to take Seeting

1843 January 2nd Meeting called to order by Thomas Laughlin to the chair
The object of the Meeting being stated by the Chair –
when Mr Wm Robinson moved that the Book containing the subscription for the missionary purposes be handed over to the deacons and it shall be their duty to collect and keep such moneys colected untill disposed of according to instruction (carried)

The Meeting called to order by Calling Moses Frame to the Chair and appointing Mr Wm M Robinson Clerk protem. The object of the Meeting being stated by the Chairman viz to take into consideration the propriety of calling the Rev J Alexander as Pastor of this Church & to make arrangements with the Senecaville Church in regard to taking him part of his time

The Senecaville Church not having notice of the Meeting and having no Delegate present.
On motion of Wm Robinson Sen It was resolved that we now proceed in propper order and in a regular manner to prepare a call for the Rev. J. Alexander as our pastor (carried)
Mr Williams moved that one forth of Mr Alexanders time be given to the Senecaville Church for one hundred Dollars (which was Lost)
Mr McCurdy moved that the deacons of the Senecaville Church be invited to come into the bounds of this church with A subscription to endeavour to raise the amount necessary to support Mr Allexander one forth of his time amongst them (carried)
Mr Wm Robinson Sen Moved that another congregational meeting be held on this day two weeks (March 21st) which was agreed to
On motion it was resolved that the Rev Wm Wilson be invited to act as moderator at our next meeting adjourned Wm Robinson (Clerk protem) M Frame Cle
