Wm Robe moved that each member pay according to his ability to the support of the Pastor of this church. which after Passing & a reconsideration, it was laid upon the table. The Deacons being called upon to state the amount that would be required to meet the deficencies the coming year. who stated that it would require about 85$ to meet the twenty five dollars for the said Senecaville Church and the bal sixty dollars in this congregations. The meeting after several efforts to raise the amount agreed to adjorn to Monday (Jany 12th) next at 10 oclk

Meeting called to order
Andrew Patterson in the Chair opened with prayer by Mr James Frame. On motion of Mr Thomas Laughlin it was carried that the subscription Taken at our last meeting and now taken up

to meet the supposed ($85) dificency be valid also that the deacons be a committee to take subscription to meet the amount in their respective districts
On motion of Mr Moses Frame it was proved & carried that we use in Publick worth the Last Collection of Hymns Ishued by the Presbyterian board of Publication
Mr Robe offered the following Resolution Resolved that each member of this congregation during the preasant year (1844) hand in to the deacon the amount they may feel willing to give to the Support of the Gospple for the next year commencing Jany 22 1847
On motion of Mr McCrerie it was moved at the deacons be required to present their books with the amount Handed in or subscribed for the support of our Pastor for the year commencing Jany 22d 1847
on motion it was moved that Mr Cochran be discharged and that Mr McCurdy be a Committee

to collect the subscription in the hands of Mr Cochran Taken Nov 10th 1841 to pay an old dept of the congregation carried
On motion it was carried that the 1/8 plaised on the seating by the Deacons the Last year be now when off and the contingent, expences of the Church be raised by Subscription
Moved that the secton of this church have the priviledge and it be his duly to provide seats for strangers in any of the pews of this church that may be vacant
Moved that the front pew on the Left hand of the pulpet be left for the use of Mr Alexander & his family
