William T. Hooper was born in March 1868 in Kansas to Obediah Hooper and Elizabeth Wickham Hooper.1
William died at the age of 2 on 29 July 1870 and is buried in Frogue/Frogee Cemetery in McCune, Crawford County, Kansas.2
