The declarant is by occupation a farmer. The number of my family is two besides myself. Viz., Rebecca, my wife, aged sixty seven years, crippled a good deal in her back. William Ader a grand child aged five years old.

Sworn to and declared this 20th day of July A.D. 1820.

I Cyrus P. Beatty Clerk of the Court of Common pleas for said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing oath and the schedule thereto annexed are truly copied from the records of the said Court; and that I do further certify that it is the opinion of the Court, that the total amount in [?] of the property exhibited in the aforesaid schedule is eighty seven dollars.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto put my hand and affirm the seal of the said Court at Cambridge the 16th day of August Anno Domini 1820.
