I George Frankboner, of Madison Township in the county of Guernsey County & state of Ohio, farmer, do on oath testify that I am acquainted with the before named Morris Adaer, and know him to be an indigent and reduced circumstances, and one who needs the assistance of his country for support.

Guernsey County, On the twenty seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred nineteen personally appeared before me the subscriber of the Associate Judges of the Court of Common Pleas for said County the before named Morris Adaer and George Frankboner and in my presence subscribed and made oath to the before written declaration & affidavit by them respectively made. And it affirming to my satisfaction that the before named Morris Adaer served for more than the term of nine months – at one [?] of the war of the revolution, and the continental establishment against the
