Tell us a bit about your genealogy/family history journey
I was at work with half an hour to kill before my shift started. Tartan Day was trending, and my mom always said her dad’s family had Scottish roots. I figured I’d trace my ancestry and post my tartan. That’s the day I discovered the Family Search family tree. That was five or six years ago, and I’m still working on figuring out my tartan!

Started earlier while more people were alive and made more notes and recordings of family stories.

Trying to break through brick walls. Need to do some serious DNA analysis.
